Our hand embroidered quilted bedspreads are an exquisite testament to IndiaÕs glorious textile arts. A must have indulgence; each quilt is first hand block printed and then sewn together with a single color cotton sheet using the basic running stitch. The quilting is done exclusively by hand and each quilt takes an artisan a week to complete. The embroidery follows the contours of the block printed pattern thereby enhancing and accentuating it. The quilts do not have insulating material sandwiched between the sheets and may be deemed as light to medium weight. All the hand embroidery makes necessary to dry clean the quilted bedspreads.
